Return Policy

We accept returns for items that are defective or not what you ordered. We are unable to accept returns for a different size, color, or style. See below for details on eligible returns, return shipping and how to make a return.

Eligible Returns

We may accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for the following:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • "Wrong" items that do not match the order information on your receipt

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the original packaging
  • In the same condition as delivered

We are unable to accept returns or exchange items for a different size, color, or style.

If you provided a shipping address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned to us and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded or exchanged.

Return Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us.

How To Make A Return

Before shipping your return to us. Please take one or more photos of the damaged, defective or wrong item that clearly show the issue, and email the photos along with a copy of your receipt or other valid proof of purchase to us at team@firesicle.com.

For a package lost in transit, please email us a copy of your receipt or other valid proof of purchase along with a message indicating that your order was not received.

After reviewing your return request, you will receive an email from us notifying you of approval or rejection of your return, and, if approved, instructions on where to send your return for processing. Claims deemed an error on our part will be exchanged for the same item and reshipped to you.

After sending us an approved return, you will receive email confirmations when we receive your return as well as when a replacement item has been shipped.

Please do not send us unapproved returns. Any unapproved returns received will not be exchanged or refunded. Unapproved returns received will be donated to charity.
